The motivating design factor for our clients when designing their new home with us was Family & Entertaining. So we incorporated these important factors by having a separate playroom for the kids, a separate bar/games room for Dad and a separate formal lounge.
The kitchen is a great size in the center of the home, there is fantastic indoor/outdoor flow to a covered patio area off the dining room, bar and formal lounge.
This home had a great feel and we hope our clients will love living in their dream home for many more years.
